This page is going to be a little different; I’m warning you now, this is going to be a slow burner...

I am fortunate enough to own the T’au Manta; and whilst it is one of the more impressive models that can be used for a T’au army; it is also one of the hardest models I’ve put together… ever. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable in my judgement of this being the hardest model; as you can see and the website can attest to - I am perhaps considered a more seasoned veteran when it comes to the skill and ability of building resin miniatures. However, being what it is; and being who I am as a person - I had to get one for my own collection! 

Below are some of the photos of this wonderful (now that its built and painted) model throughout its lifetime - from purchase to painting (this is the slightly different approach this page will take) and a short comment on each of the stages for you to understand where my head was at, at the time of the photo. Nevertheless the model looks awesome in place now and I am forever grateful to be lucky enough to have one and for it to be painted white (quite successfully - in my not so humble opinion!) 

Regards to the slow burner comment, this model is the largest, heaviest and widest model Forge World do, and I’ve not even started on the models that go on the inside of it - which is why this will be a ‘slow burner’ project. I will continue to add to this page with any photographs when I come to address all the Fire Warriors and Ethereals!
